The customer service so far has been a breath of fresh air. I have done customer service roles over 25yrs, and this service has been great. From the fast reply from the informative website, to a quick email response. Then, you better sit down for this... I called, and got a real person. Tasha was my initial contact with this company. She was outstanding. She was professional yet relateably comfortable. She was an exemplary ambassador for this company, or any company of her choosing. She has set a standard for others to learn from. If it wasn't for her attention to the job at hand and the customers need, I would not have an appointment coming up. Thank you Tasha, you made a stressful time bareble. Update, Sales Guy Mike was curtious and sent a message letting me know he could be here earlier then the scheduled time. Wow. He showed up ,was helpful, friendly, knew what he was doing and you could tell " this guy enjoys what he does truely". What a pleasure.
