These people know the word customer service. A new keypad was installed within a few seconds I will definitely pass on the excellent service received from Mark and Amy.

After 6-7 calls to repair my emergency door cord that was not Re -Engaging !! I finally got a real company located near me In Mississauga. Mark answered the phone and asked me what.the problem was. After telling him the Brand and how I could not get the cord to re engage he explained how at the end of the cord a plastic clip needed to be pulled forward to re enter the slot. Not only did it work but it saved me from the B.S.& 29.9539.95.service fee So please to deal with a real company with professional staff. I am a senior and it took me 4 tries to wright this review !!! I will tell anyone who will listen what a great company B&M Garage doors located @ 3170 Ridgeway in Mississauga Thanks Again Mark !!
