I contacted cgr and handful of other glass companies, my husband and I had decided to go with them after we understood what they were offering compared to others. The little details matter! I felt that Noah was with us every step of the way through our project and my husband and I are in love with the end result! I highly recommend this company :)

I contacted CGR with no reference. Just landed onto their page browsing through google. with some past bad experiences of home renovations, i was much sceptical about their authenticity and paying and advance money. it took some time to build the trust but it turned out to be the best decision. Paul is the gentleman who was driving this project from start to finish. he and his team was very professional throughout and reachable whenever i contacted, kept me informed about the timeline and the progress. for building the initial trust he also took me to one of his previous client site which really helped because in current times trusting someone from internet or marketplace is such a risk. Very happy with the end result and its already the main attraction of the home and receiving many compliments from everyone who is visiting. A big thanks and all the best to Paul and his team for future projects. Must mention, love your Instagram posts for project highlights.

Custom Glass Railings was recommened to us by a family friend and we were not disapointed. Paul was prompt, professional and great to deal with. His installers were very informative, organized and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great custom glass company to work with.

We are so happy to have chosen Custom Glass Railings for our stairs re-imagined project. We moved to this gorgeous Victorian house, but we wanted to update the stairs and replace the existing railings with something more contemporary, which allows natural light to permeate and saturate the hallways. Noah, Paul, and the team distinguished themselves as professional, courteous, and accurate. They will make fine adjustments, and would not mind coming back multiple times to ensure the final product is tailor made and precisely installed at the highest standard to our satisfaction both structurally and esthetically. We have to postpone installation due to unexpected, or should I say expected delays in the delivery of our appliances from Pandemic related supply chain issues. CGR was completely patient and sympathetic with our situation. We have dealt with many contractors over the course of our renovation. We have come to the realization that good ones are a "anomaly" rather than the norm. Not answering the phone, delaying the project, and cutting corners, are far too common and seriously adding unnecessary stress to us, the consumers. We were pleasantly surprised by CGR as the team was enthusiastic, proud of what they deliver, and carry a positive vibe that they are striving for excellence. We wanted to take this opportunity to commend them and that they are more than contractors, they are artisan glass railing makers. Their accolade is evident and speaks for itself.
