I had a sign made for my business in 2019, bright turquoise. By 2022 I noticed the sign had turned grey in patches.I contacted the company, explained the problem and sent pictures of the existing sign as well as the previous 6 year old sign they had made that still looked brand new. They explained that it was due to sun exposure , and exceeded to 2 year warranty which is not stated on the web sight, original quote or invoice. I questioned the explanation of an outdoor sign turning grey from turquoise.The solution was for me to pay $500 plus HST for materials only, and have it installed by November, which I agreed to. By December I sent a reminder email, and they offer me $300 for materials, and wash their hands of their commitment to replace the sign, adding that they dont know why it discoloured.
