Good ambience with great staff

It was my first time to join any Gym so I chose LA fitness but I would say they have rubbish policies to steal peoples money. They charged me for the membership for next year without any notification message/ email before the date and I called them same day to cancel my membership and refund the money. Now they are saying its non refundable. I paid for nothing. I am not using their services since last December as I froze my membership and now they charged me for next year. They dont have any details to provide about their policy of cancellation and refund upon asking. I would never ever recommend anybody to go there. They are such thugs and they dont even deserve 1 star.

I had an extremely negative experience with a front desk staff member named Pawan due to his exceptionally rude behavior. When I approached him for assistance with logging into the LA Fitness app, he promptly and dismissively refused with a flat no, citing his busyness without making any eye contact. Upon my request for help in finding another staff member to assist me, he once again responded with a flat "No." I even asked if I could speak to the manager, he claimed to be the manager himself, though it was evident that he was not. This unprofessional manner of interacting with and responding to clients caused me significant disruption. I genuinely hope that someone from the management takes action to address this issue, as I wouldn't wish for others to experience such disruption.

Dirty equipment is a norm, no one clean after working out and administration does not enforce, missing paper towel to clean machine, sometimes smell from not cleaning properly. Front desk not friendly, act as if they are not happy to see you.
