The absolute best atmosphere I've ever experienced at a salon. They actually care about yur hair and hair health rather than just their bottom line. My service was quick , I'm tender headed and there was no issue. The ladies talk you through each step of your process and I love my crochet locs. I was in dire need to get my hair done before my vacation. As my previous hairstylist cancelled on me, I called and begged for anyone to do my hair within a short timeframe. Mane Authority saved me. I asked for half corn roll half weave. Not only did they bless me with the best style Ive ever had in years. It was giving Queen energy. I am tender headed with 4C texture and I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN with each corn roll being completed. She listened to every concern/request I had. Ruth also discussed every step with me. She made me feel like she knew me for years and showed she listened by expressing exactly what I wanted through my hair. Even after taking down my hair (which I had an extremely hard time parting with but due to my occupation I have to do a different style ), there was no knots. THERE WAS VIRTUALLY NO KNOTS! RUTH CREATED A MASTERPIECE ON MY HEAD! I will be returning! Although I want to gatekeep, I will be recommending them to everyone. Lastly, I wish I could give them 10 stars. 'm a girl dad, and had no clue what I was walking into. I've honestly never did this before. The vibe/energy here, is amazing. My daughter felt right at home. I will definitely be coming again
