Im not one to leave reviews but I just wanted to show my appreciation in anyway I could for Liv! She did a colour correction for me and got me in very quickly. She was very accommodating around my schedule and was a great communicator. She was personable and relatable. Apart from all that, THE HAIR!!! My hair turned out better than I could have imagined. She took her time and I could tell she was super detail oriented. She made sure to use techniques to ensure my hair would stay in the healthiest state it could. I left feeling like myself again which is always a great feeling after having your hair turn out not the way you wanted it to originally. After having boring black hair for almost a decade, Liv really leveled up my look in just one session! She is extremely talented at what she does and she honestly shot up my confidence single-handedly. I was so apprehensive about getting my hair coloured because it usually turns brassy, but Liv was able to lift it nicely, tone it, and give me the dimension that I wanted. I kind of wanted something specific in terms of balayage babylights that were neutral in shade. She listened to my concerns and gave me her honest professional advice. She is such a pleasure to be around! It truly helps when you just vibe with your hairdresser, especially when you gotta sit around for 3-4 hours. She is hilarious and so personable. I have said this a thousand times to her but she is honestly a multi-talented human being but is so down-to-earth.
