Terrible terrible doctor. Never seen before. My parents in there 80s came in for a follow up of a test and waited for 1 1/2 hr.

The worst receptionist you will ever come across in your entire existence. Extremely inefficient office with long wait times for everything. Have never been seen on time. The receptionist is honestly the rudest person I have had the displeasure of speaking to. Aggressive, hostile and uncaring woman. Typically for any issue, you have to wait a minimum of 2 weeks for a phone consult with the doctor, and after that consult you can book an appointment, which will be again a minimum 2 weeks away. So to even see the doctor in person your at a month wait (minimum, it has been longer than a month usually). When I needed to see him, for something very simple, I was told no matter what I had to do the phone consult first. Ok I went to the walk in and they sorted everything and had me see a specialist and get results in a week and a half. A few days later Dr.Pham called for a consult lol its seriously a joke.
