I was almost insulted by the customer service rep at the store today November 17, 2022 The person was looking at his phone for about good 3minuts or so I was standing in front of cash desk I ASKED ABOUT PROMOTIONS customer service gave me LOOK LIKE ARE YOU CHEEP WOMEN!!!! No we dont have any that was un respond back to me !!!! I just SPENT 164$ on one ITEM !!!SHAMPO !!!! It was UNBELIEVABLE U HAVE THAT KIND OF RUDENESS IN YOUR STORE !!! I will go back to HEALTH STORES FOR MY PRODUCTS!!!! I usually do not write bad experiences BUT TODAY I WAS DISRESPECTED BY PERSON THAT GETS SALARY FROM ME !!!! No more .

It was my first visit at this location, Diana was helping me out and shes great. She thoroughly explained me how the product works and what works best for me considering my needs.

Ive visited this locations plenty of times before and the employees have always been great, i went in today and was helped by Diana, she was working alone and very busy but she still went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She was very transparent and informative. Customer service at its finest.
