I went to this place and felt pressured to buy, and when i went to return it they had to etransfer it to me. They did not give me the security question answer and when i went back to get another one they said I needed to wait 24 hours. Its been over a week and I still havent received my refund. I called and they still havent gotten back to me.

it's not worth buying from here. the sales reps are extremely pushy in trying to get you to buy something even if you tell them that you do not want to buy, cannot afford their products, or try to leave. they continuously tell you that they will give you a better offer to get you to buy their products. one of the sales reps even mentioned that he will not come back and cannot promise me this offer if i left. after checking google reviews, this is a common practice they do to get you to buy their products and it seems to be a lie...while they may give good demonstrations, but some of their employees (particularly the guy) lack the understanding of boundaries and consent. their products are extremely expensive and they get very agitated if you decline their offers. i ended up buying one of their products and returning it as i mentioned feeling very pressured. however, the sales guy was adamant that he did not pressure me and that it was none of his business if i felt that way...
