This pharmacy is a God-send for people loking for COVID related help. These days it is gard to find a PCR testing place. The provided the PCR kit at 7ama and we got the results by early next day form the Dundas Clinical Pharmacy. Thank you very much. Highly recommended excellent service. Eva in Applewood.

They have ZERO respect for their customers. The owner locked the door in my face 3 seperate times when i arrived as they were closing (a few minutes before posted closing time, but still before posted time), have claimed they never recieved my faxed prescription when the doctor sent it right in front of me on 4 occasions, and will do nothing to assist in resolving matters(because he was intentionally causing them). Most people go here to get help for an addiction, and this dirtbag belittles everyone that walks in the door. This place is unsanitary, and they couldn't care less about their customers well being. Theyll deny someone of a needed medication because he wants to see addicts suffer, and the next day pretends that it never happened. There are many alternatives in the area with great staff who go out of their way to make sure you're set. The Shoppers Drug Mart at King st and Hwy10, also lighthouse Pharmacy at 10 and Lakeshore are better alternatives and will treat customers with respect. If you decide to go here, Just make sure to have a copy if your prescription and be prepared for lies and games from both the staff as well as the owner. Also poor(if any) English communication. *** I wrote this in 2018, and right away they started putting up fake reviews. Especially the one where the person says she emailed the script at closing time and the stayed after to fill it. That went up the same day, and just happens to address all of the same things that I had and are written by himself or his staff. They use the same poor grammar, address everything that i have mentioned, and are made by people who have only made 1 single Google review, which is for this place alone. Bruce Fournier, Moris Mack, etc are false reviews. It's tough to get through an addiction, especially with people like yourself making it much harder. As soon as I went to a proper pharmacy my life improved greatly. Respect and dignity is not at all what you treated my self and others with. You know exactly what I'm talking about, as it was a regular occurrence. Even my Doctor, after talking to you, explained some of the red flags he saw with your business. Hopefully you've changed, but I know there are many customers who were treated the same way that don't take the time to do anything about it. I wish at the time I'd reported you. Very sad that guys like this are able to be in this business. And calling me a jackass, saying I was disrespectful and didn't care? Real professional coming from the owner, who can't even use his own name, using fake reviewss to respond to me. The same guy who picks his ears as he's serving customers medicine. It is not only the owner, but the staff as well. One older Asian women working here was condescending and rude, even when I had a family member with me. I've requested and recieved all reports from my doctor regarding issues with your pharmacy from 2012-2015 and will be submitting an official complaint to the College of Pharmacists.
