We feel lucky to have found Greg. He is amazing- installed 3 new slim rads and even helped us hook up an older unit. I cold-called Amercraft, expecting to speak to a receptionist, then a service person who would agree to send a quote then book a technician for the work. Instead, Greg picked up the phone and within 3 minutes knew exactly what I needed and within 10 minutes had sent a quote. He arranged a time and removed an existing radiator ahead of a demolition on the site, with the plan being to install the new one when the reno was ready. He actually reached out to me to see how things were going and it turns out we were ready for him. He arrived the next day and completed the job, saving 30% off of another quote from a big company in Toronto. The work is top-notch, the pricing excellent and the service as good as it could possibly be. I consider myself very lucky for having made that first call. If I ever need anything else done in the future I'll just call Greg - he'll make it all seem easy (and very affordable). Full marks and then some for this company. Warren in downtown Toronto.
