I have had Michael service two air conditioning units and two furnaces. On each occasion he took the time to explain any issues that he found and the options for resolution. I have been very satisfied with Michael's services and feel his pricing is reasonable. He also replaced a horizontally-mounted furnace for me which required a modification to the drain line. Michael explained to me why the standard drain line would not be suitable and how the modified version would address the requirement.

I contacted this company when my old water heater broke and leaked on Sunday. and they came right away to fix the leak and replace it with a new tankless model. The machine works very well now.

Thanks for emergency replacement AC so fast. Even more, the technician Jackie did a great job and placed the condenser in a right location , so it can not block the way for interlock job. Appreciated again.
