Summerville Family Health Team

The front desk staff at the Harborn location are practically brain dead. They have zero personality and I have yet to attend an appointment where they havent made mistakes. Most recently, I arrive at the clinic for two appointments; one at 10:30am and the other at 11:30am, which I informed the front desk staff of. After sitting in the empty waiting area for 45 minutes, I asked them when I was going to be seen only to be told that they forget to check me in for my first appointment. I guess they never thought to ask why I was just sitting around for no reason? Yikes.

This entire team is sensational! All very professional, caring, knowledgeable, polite and personable! This team of experts is phenomenal. Nurse Laura and Dr. Al-Abduljabar are the medical dream team. So grateful for all the amazing work they do for the local community.

I had a call appointed I waited for 2 weeks and my Dr never called at the scheduled time. Next I try to call their after hrs clinic and they cannot tell me what clinic or Dr will work the next day, they just say call back to figure it out tomorrow, I don't even who or where is it going to be. I am in pain, this disrespectful. Spear your time and breath look for a better place
