I recently placed an order for Tree Essence products. Especially like the Conditioning Shampoo. What a great product! I had the most pleasant customer service. Shout out to CK! And also the delivery was a pleasant experience. Thank you and look forward to future orders!

Recently purchased 4 bed spreads which was the minimum order. Upon receipt, they were poor quality in fact light passed through them they were so thin. They were individually packaged in white plastic shipping bags. The only way to inspect them was to open the bag. I called to return the bedspreads and was told they would not take back the one that I opened and there would be a 25% restocking fee plus I would have to pay for the shipping. After explaining my situation and the fact that we are a small business they were not willing to be flexible with their policy. As per my request to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to the Regional Sales Manager who had already been informed of the situation from customer service. From the beginning of the conversation he was rude and condescending. Their policy makes it financially not smart to return the product. I will not purchase from this company again.

Every representative is very helpful, kind and respectful. They do honest work and maintain the perfect hybrid between professional and friendly. I love working with them, especially because I am guaranteed a pleasant process :)

I had the most positive experience working with Omland Hospitality, with their patient and helpful staff who were able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had throughout. I have been purchasing their products for a few years and have found their customer care expertise to be consistently top quality and their products (I have ordered their bed sheets and towels as well as their bed skirts) to be in wonderful condition every time!

Had an amazing and pleasant experience with Omland Hospitality, the staff is very patient and helpful, and the ambience is great too at the office. I did a Walk-in to their office location in Mississauga, after getting to know them their products via website. I bought their Tree Essence Soap and Shampoo, and some Bed sheets for my Motel. The Quality is also remarkable. I highly recommend that people should try their brand for Hospitality products. Cheers ,
