Nice hotel, but it needs a few touch up, ask to be away from the ice machine it is quite noisy, but still nothing compare to the AC in the room. I booked 3 nights, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday. Tuesday 7 am I asked to cancel Wednesday night, no one could give me a final answer, I called during the day between meetings, still no definitive answer. I got at the desk around 5 pm, I was told that they couldnt cancel since it was a 3rd partie reservation(Concur is not a 3rd partie). Then the assistant manager came and said I have been told up on arrival, since I was made aware, which I truly have no recollection of this being told to me. So they couldnt cancel .. FYI once you are registered, you can not cancel a night, so I paid (over 350$) for a night in my bed, and they probably rebooked since, like she told me, they were full! To add to this wonderful stay, they told me that my card was declined, I called Visa RBC, my card is fine! It was probably an issue at their end. Not a big deal just insulting!
