My stay at this hotel was uncomfortable. The rooms were awful. Everything LOOKS nice in photos until you get there and the rooms smell, the carpets are lifting, the windows are disgusting, the bathrooms smell of mold, the couches are STAINED and the shower heads are caked in grime. The pool was cloudy and burned my skin and their slide is closed indefinitely. They compensated my first night and moved our rooms due to finding a dirty towel in the closet and a cigarette hole in the bed sheet in a non-smoking room. Yet the second room was not any better. Oh, and their "suites" have sliding glass doors that pinch your fingers, don't give any real privacy and are hazards if you bring children. Even the bathrooms inside the Denny's were very unkempt. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please spend the little extra money to stay elsewhere.

Our flight was cancelled because of the Westjet labour dispute. This hotel fully refunded our booking even though they didn't have to. That's pretty incredible service!

Having 2 of the 3 elevators broken is not ideal. The rooms are getting quite dated. Service is good, anemitys are good, overall great value. I will continue to stay there Rooms : 3/5 | Service : 4/5 | Location : 4/5 Hotel highlights Great value More
