Rooms: All the amenities and a very comfy bed and pillows. Safety: The rooms dont face the road so its difficult for anyone driving past to see into the property. Walkability: N/A

Spent a couple of nights here with my wife. It's located right at the Toronto / Mississauga city line so it was more affordable than staying in Toronto. The room was on the smaller side, but we didn't feel cramped. It also had a jetted tub, which may account for the reduced floor plan. It was equipped with microwave and little fridge. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There's a fine dining restaurant right beside it and a casual dining one across the street. It was a good bang for the buck stay.

I would not recommend staying here, i had a horrible experience. I booked through hopper and was told my stay was confirmed for the day after I needed to check in. I went to seek help at the reception desk and the woman working was extremely rude and more interested in taking personal phone calls than she was helping. She informed me she could not do anything and continued to finish her personal phone call. I then spoke to a rep at hopper and they contacted the front desk as they needed permission to alter the booking, when hopper got back to me they told me the Inn said not to move it. I asked the front desk woman what she said to them and she told me that she explained she cant do anything. After 30 minutes of back and forth I decided to ask hopper to refund me which would take 3-10 business days unless I accept a voucher so I can rebook right away. I accept this and rebook through the app which cost me an extra $120. In total i paid $210 for a queen bed room for one night and was told theres nothing they can do. While checking into my room the front desk woman informed me that if hopper would have sent an email giving her permission to alter the booking she could have helped me, so the whole time she did have access to my booking. This was extremely frustrating and even more frustrating was when I got into my room and had blood on the comforter. I was told there was no supervisor to speak to and did not have it in me to argue with her anymore as it was now 930pm. A refund or even just a partial refund would have been nice but I do not believe this establishment cares about their customers.
