Quality Inn & Suites

I cannot recommend this place. We did an overnight overstay and two weeks of parking. We requested a crib for our stay and when we arrived they said they had just given away their cribs to other guests. The shuttle service on our return took over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. We called several times to ask about the shuttle with very rude phone service.

Decent hotel. Clean rooms. Clean but small bathroom. Buffet had plenty of hot assorted food. Shuttle was on time and the shuttle driver was very kind and drove well.

Rooms: Terrible, disgusting, not cleaned, falling apart. Nearby activities: Car dealerships and a subway. Safety: I felt very unsafe. There was fighting outside, half naked people parading around. It felt like a brothel, more than a hotel. Walkability: No where to walk but to the montana and kelsleys

Rooms: The bed was new and very comfortable. There was a couch, chair and desk to work at. Some cigarette smoke was sucked into my HVAC unit so I called the desk and it was promptly dealt with. Thanks again for this. Safety: The area is very safe albeit industrial. Sidewalks are well maintained and almost every crossing has pedestrian signals. The hotel again is super safe and quiet. Mostly weary travellers and people there for work purposes. Everyone was friendly. Walkability: Walkable to a number of restaurants and other services. There is a shipping forwarder nearby that can hold a package for pickup as well. Food & drinks: The breakfast was good and in line with the value. They sell cold drinks (no alcohol) just beside the front desk.
