        Tried to contact hotel about booking 26 rooms. Called and someone said they needed to wait for the supervisor or the manager and asked for me to keep calling back when I had no clue when the manager would be in. Then I sent an email from their website and heard nothing back until about a week or a week and a half later and it was an automated email stating they declined with no reasoning. Just poor customer service. I'm sure the hotel is nice but the service is terrible. They will definitely lose a large flow of business from us moving forward.

        Rooms: The rooms are clean and exactly what you need. I would have liked a hand held shower wand. The bathrooms have good space. Noteworthy details: The staff are nice, friendly, helpful and professional.
