        To be honest this is not a hotel so dont expect anything fancy. The only great thing about it is the location and thats what made me stay there. If you have a car and you are spending the day out, this place is an option. You shower and sleep. The price is hight compared to the place. So airbnb could be competition.         Made reservations for a blind friend moving from Halifax. I reserved the room a week prior and even gave them a credit card number. She got to the hotel via a cab from the Hamilton airport. Has full conversation with the guy that answers the phone, about the situation. I then phoned back to extend the reservation for 3 days and he said it was fine. She got to the hotel and they did not have a room for her and even said that they are not a handicapped motel. UNBELIEVABLE WHAT THEY PUT HER THROUGH. BAN THIS PLACE. Will will be reporting this as well.
