Maher Heating & Cooling

They say they value client, family and are always on top and strive to provide best customer service, that is false and misleading. No heat for more than 48 hours this week !!!!! Maher, this is totally not right. I contacted you guys for a job less than 2 months ago mid-December to diagnose, fix the heating issue. I was charged $ 350 for gas valve replacement including 1 year labor warranty. The guy you sent on 7th February did wrong diagnosis of control board replacement and was contacting wrong supplier for parts availability as he took the furnace to be Armstrong brand until 8th February I brought to his attention that it was Trane (Ameristar Heating & Cooling Systems Furnace). I contacted dealer on 8th February afternoon and the issue was fixed in 2 hours and it was the same gas valve replacement. I tried contacting you on 7th and 8th February, you just routing to the guy you sent and saying contact him for this matter was not right, you should own the issue if it was same problem happened in less than 2 months. Honesty, transparency, integrity and good value professional services was not there !!

Terrible company. I called reliance home comfort , they sent these people . They claimed they were reliance but they are not. The new $8000.00 system does not work. They could not fix it. Then when customer gets upset for them not showing up on Canada after they said they would , they say we are not responsible for your thermostat problems called reliance. On top when Reliance finally sent a tech , there was no gas and AC was not installed properly. DON'T USE THESE GUYS THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. INSTALL A NEW FURNACE 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT KEEPS SHUTTING OFF. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO FIX IT AND KEPT SAYING IT'S A MINOR PROBLEM. HOW IS THIS A MINOR PROBLEM WHEN I DON'T HAVE HEAT IN MY HOUSE IN THE MIDDLE OF JANUARY !!! MY HEAT STILL NOT FIX AND NO1 GIVING ME AN ANSWER!!! Maher installed our new AC and furnace this summer. They were quick to respond when our AC broke and gave us options. Their quote was great, as was their communication. They were able to order everything quickly even during covid delays and set up an install shortly thereafter. As my old furnace was very old, they had to run a new venting pipe through my finished basement. They were able to do this through our joists (and not destroy our ceiling) while other companies said they would run it below the ceiling and we would have to call a contractor to create a drywall bulkhead. After the instal when I hd a small issue, they were quick to respond and send a technician who resolved the matter within minutes. Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend the company!
