Used their services Aug 24, 2022 in Dundalk, we were pleased with the service, they were personable & professional. Text messages, questions answered & phone call prior to appt time to confirm. WOULD RECOMMEND! First time using this company. We had booked them to do the duck & vent cleaning only, and we were pleased that they could also service the gas furnace, also recommended a better filter that is washable to be used. June 21 2021 Location 2150 bromsgrove rd, Mississauga I rent a 1 bedroom apartment and the insuite hvac system needed to be completely replaced due to mold and never being serviced properly. Cullen (the account manager) came onsite, measured the hvac closet, listened to the concerns and offered resonable, down to earth, laymans term explanations as to what was going to be done to correct the problem. Cullen showed up 1st and gave a brief rundown and some directions then the workers showed up and set up a containmemt room around the hvac unit to limit the spread of mold and fiberglass fibers. They also set up a negative air pressure system for the room. There were 2 workers (I didn't get their names unfortunately) who did a fantastic job and used some ingenuity when there were a few problems not accounted for. At the end of the job they cleaned up the area very well. They gave a demo of the new thermostat and were done for the day. Cullen double checked all the work and at one point we overheard him complimenting one of the workers "good clean work within the hvac closet". (Rare that any bosses or supervisors offer complements these days) Before cullen left he offered to use a biocide in the apt. He explained why he was going to use it. Over the course of the day, since there were so many people in and out of the apt at difffent times and to generate peace of mind (especially because of covid). He spent a good 15 mins with the biocide applicator gun and did all the rooms, floors, ceiling walls and surfaces. We stayed outside while he worked. I also want to mention that Cullen stayed all day to ensure the job went smoothly and to assist where needed. At one point he had to remove a supply grill that had been painted to the wall with several coats of paint and also use a wire brush to scrape and clean a short duct. (Not often the supervisor does anything except hover) All in all, what more could you ask for? Quick clean work. Easy to talk to employees. Professional workers using professional tools.
