I purchased a Tajima TMEZ machine for my business. I can't say enough good things about the service RB Digital has provided. Satpal has been amazing to deal with on the sales end of things, and spent two days training on the machine with David. I have no previous experience with embroidery and I'm already running jobs for my customers. I'll be back to buy a multi-head machine within the next year for sure! Thanks!

I recently received my new TMEZ multi-needle embroidery machine from RB Digital, and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The two days of training upon installation with David Arias were exceptional. David's expertise and passion for teaching were evident as he covered every aspect of the machine in detail. He was patient with our questions and ensured that we understood everything thoroughly. Bad experience with order supplies, once you paid, they won't responsible for the shipment. Don't ever order your supplies for delivery. Your supplies will go no where! They don't ever care !!! Toronto online order
