        We have had them send out a couple of their technicians to fix our CNC machine and they've always been extremely helpful and patient with us. Very professional and knowledgeable.

        After ordering a replacement motor from Ferro and waiting over a month for it to arrive, it is damaged out of the box. Unfortunately Ferro Technique lacks any sort of moral and wish to dispute that the motor was damaged and blame me instead!! My word of advice choose who you do business wisely because these guys lack any sort of customer service.
