My experience was very bad. The insurance adjuster did not close my files. And I had a terrible time chasing after him to close the files that were left open for almost a year. Be aware if you have any dealings with this company. It cost me three potential buyers that walked out on me because of the delay on closing the sale of my condo.

Terrible experience, similar to the other reviews, no responses, poor communication, delay after delay. Our assigned contact is Stephen Coulson. Flooding occurred 08/18, work was completed by us 10/18. Still waiting for reimbursement, 03/26/19.

One Star, should be 0 stars. If you make a claim, they undercut the costs. They use poor quality contractors. Then there is Linda. Can't reach her. She doesn't return calls or e-mails. Is she real ??. I have had policies pulled, I suggest you do the same. 4500 to replace damage and she sends a cheque for 1200. The contractor they use says that's the price. Unbelievable. If you have to make a claim.. get ready

Wish I could give zero stars! Absolutely horrible experience with Cintran, and in particular Stephen. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, from trying to actually get resolutions to the way Stephen has spoken to us. I don't often write a bad review, but stay away from Cintran and any insurance company that subs out to them.

The property adjuster assigned for my case is Linda Amaral. It has been more than a month and she has not reviewed our report. We have tried calling her but she is always out of office, and never cares to respond to her voicemails. Probably the worst company one can ever deal with. There's no Reception number to know if there is some other reason for the delay. This company could get me nothing but disappointment so far.
