        During this whole Covid saga, Ive had so many poor customer service experiences with my bank, and other companies like utilities, trying to get them to explain to me what rebates or payment plans are available to help ease the burden. NO ONE IS AROUND! Except my broker whos been such a great help at Ranger. He called me a few hours after I text him and took the time at explaining what rebates are available. Unfortunately my company (Aviva) wasnt offering any but my broker Nav was very helpful at explaining other options I have to reduce my insurance bill. Ive been with him for about 7 years now, absolute class act, would recommend him to my family and friends anytime.
