        We bought Allstate car insurance ( 4 cars and 5 drivers) from a guy in Vaughan and he is no longer working with the company. After that we don't have any direct agent to get help. Every time we have a question or problem we have to call the customer service line and on hold for a long time, plus we have to tell the story again and again to different agent depended on who pick up the phone. We were thinking to switch to another insurance then I knew Walid from my manager at work and give it a try. He answered all our questions, helps us to adjust the policy and save us money on our current insurance. Professional, pleasant, quick and efficiently are how I would say about his service. I definitely will recommend Walid to whoever looking for an insurance agent.
