        Be careful when you deal with this particular insurance agent, Sonia assumes a lot of information even without the customer telling her. To finalize a quote it took her close to 2 weeks, she will promise to call back and when ever she calls back, gives an excuse of system isn't working or some other reason. and finally when the day has come she says she cannot insure my motorcycle as she has assumed wrong information inspite of giving her all the details correctly. I would never want to deal with Sonia or AllState in my life and will make sure to spread the word about the bad customer experience.
