Auto insurance is comparable to other insurance companies, ridiculous! Customer care: for the prior decade plus it was decent. Usually able to speak to a representative and generally helpful, patient and able to assist accordingly. TODAY: HORRIBLE! I spoke to 3 representatives in 2 days and received 3 different lots of conflicting information. ZERO consideration for a client who has been with them coming on 15 years! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY. When life is easy, they are easy. When you catch a curveball, NO ONE HAS THE INFO YOU NEED AND NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP AS REQUIRED> HORRIBLE Based on the service over the last 48 hours, I would rate this company at a 1 and I am being generous!

Hey to everyone is looking for insurance Please avoid this company They are the worst insurance you can possibly imagine, they are disrespectful from the customer service to the management. I got to car accident last year on November and they took 5-6 months to just find a reason not to fix my car PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this insurance
