        No communication from anyone. It's like no one works there. After waiting 8 months, my claim has yet to be resolved. I've been calling and "escalating", yet no one seems to want to do their job.

        Its impossible to get a hold of anyone. I made a glass claim and haven't heard back about payment or reimbursement from the company.

        Condo flooded. So far it takes 5 days for any response/correspondence. The 5 star reviews appear to be from employees, which is against Google policy. I'm starting to think this company is a scam

        It's the worst company I ever worked with. They don't reply and changed 3 appraisals since January and never even provided a chq from insurance yet. Every person in this company incompetent and doesn't know what is doing. Unbelievable. And I don't believe 5 starts comments are from real people. I am going through nightmare with this company.
