I recent;ly had to deal with these people to close accounts for my father who was moving into a home for the aged. As all communications revolved around reducing or closing policies. Trying to get a responce was like pulling teeth. (i can only assume because there was no UPSIDE for them.). On top of this I found Kyle to be rather rude. On one call I asked how his day was going, and the response was "i don'y know yet". I am still waiting for a response from an email I sent from 2 months ago. On aniother occassion when I was looking tio save costs on a policy by increasing my deductable i was told it was not worth it , as it would "only save a few bucks'. No doubt requiring some action on there end. I havve been dealing with Brokerlink for years, and now I know why.
