        I originally posted that nobody returned my call from this organization and I am happy to report that someone eventually did...and they tended to my issue promptly! I am pleased they solved my problem quickly and gave me a follow up call to explain. Personnel was very apologetic.

        Kim Hanchar in customer service department provided me with above and beyond service. 10/10 exceptional. Kim took the time to carefully and in depth explain everything to me. Every single one of my questions were answered perfectly. As a 21 year old customer not knowing much about life insurance, Kim took the time to go over the top providing me with absolutely amazing knowledge. I hope Kim's amazing service will be recognized by Teacher's Life!
