Initially, I gave Hammad a 5 star review because he asked for a review and helped me find an insurance according to my needs and budget. After a month I have received a mail from the insurance company that my premium for auto insurance has increased by $300 which is 10% and I was surprised and enquired about the increase from the broker (Hammad). He asked me to install an app for which I was getting this discount and I forgot. So, I accepted this as my mistake but no insurance company can remove the discount without sending a reminder. I asked him to check with the insurer to reinstate the discount as I can download the app and start using it, however, the broker's response was it was a system generated discount and if it's gone it's gone nothing can be done about it and he confirmed that he has also checked with the insurer on this. However, I myself checked with the insurance company (which was complicated because my broker was supposed to check on my behalf), installed the app and got the discount back. Hammad has to learn to value his clients money and be professional in his communication. As I believe he never checked with the insurer to reinstate the discount.
