My call got directed to voicemail. I left a message and haven't heard back. Its been 3 weeks. Just called again to follow up, and was directed to voicemail again. These guys seem very sketch. Fortunately, my claim is nothing major. I suspect these guys would shut down their insurance company and flee the country if there's a claim worth worth more than $5000..

Nicole Liu + Derek Wong at MTCC 1198 Property manager Nicole Liu and board volunteer Derek Wong told my 85 year old dad and I at MTCC 1198 that you were the most corrupt insurer and charges 4 x as much to insure a racialized owner's 2 bedroom plus solarium. She told us to forget about ever making a small claim because your reps will ignore every and all claims. Nicole and Derek told us to submit a claim for 100 times the amount via fake invoices and split the difference with the the Atrens-Counsel Insurance Brokers because you are doing many kickbacks with many condo corporations. Nicole and Derek (a realtor) gave us the addresses of the owner's homes and cottages. Shame on you!
