Tina fills all the gaps between trades, providing prep and installation services and staying on top of the project at all times. Communication was excellent, the quality of design was brilliant, and every suggestion made an enhancement to the final result. Ill never use another company for any of the services Jade provides. We used Jade Home Design over the last two summers for our major renos and have been very happy with the results. Tina and Roberta took the time to explain the process and offer us all available options for us to consider. They took care of the tradespeople and offered flexible timelines based on our availability. Tina even followed up with us after the work was done to make sure everything was ok. Having to complete a home renovation is highly stressful, and if you add in a very busy work schedule, it only enhances the anxiety. When we bought our first home and realized the scope of the project we took on, hiring Jade Home Design Group was the best decision we have ever made. We can't express how grateful and happy we were with the services Tina and Roberta provided. They went the extra mile and the experience from start to finish was seamless.
