    Very rude staff the manager (I think his name was manny?) and the employee were very rude and unhelpful. My phone got stolen and I was trying to replace my SIM card and they told me there was nothing they could do and Id have to keep paying for my plan while waiting 30 days to receive a new sim. Yet when I go To the other Rogers store across the mall they gave me no issues and I got the help I needed. Completely unacceptable rude service

    I recently purchased an iPhone, and during the transaction, the agent who assisted me encountered a technical issue that prevented the downpayment from going through my card. It wasn't until later when I received a call from Chris, the store manager, that this issue came to light. Regrettably, my interaction with Chris was characterized by his curt and rude demeanor. Rather than acknowledging any potential mistake on their part, he seemed solely focused on pressuring me to visit the store immediately. Furthermore, it was evident that he was ill-prepared for the call as he hadn't reviewed my file, resulting in him asking repetitive questions about when I visited and where I sat. Naturally, this raised concerns in my mind about the authenticity of the call, as it felt more like a spam call than a genuine follow-up. Ideally, the store manager should have gathered the necessary information from his agent, been adequately prepared, and contacted me when he was ready to discuss the matter in a professional manner. What added to my disappointment was that throughout our conversation, Chris never once apologized for the inconvenience caused by the oversight on their end. It is generally expected that managers take accountability when a mistake occurs within their office, but I did not witness this from him. In addition, I would like to highlight the positive experiences I had with other staff members at the store. Neil, the salesperson who initially assisted me with the purchase, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Although it seems he may have made a mistake with the downpayment process, I observed his proactive approach in seeking help by reaching out to the call center and consulting his colleagues. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to interact with Assistant Store Manager Denick, who left a lasting impression on me. Denick displayed exceptional kindness, understanding, and empathy when addressing the situation. He listened attentively to my concerns and the inconvenience I experienced as a result of having to return to the store to rectify an error made on their end. Denick took full responsibility for the mistake, offered a sincere apology, and handled the matter in a highly professional manner. It is important to acknowledge the efforts and positive qualities of these individuals amidst the less satisfactory encounter with Chris, the store manager. Their exceptional customer service and commitment to resolving issues reflect positively on the store's overall reputation.
