        I applied for home depot credit card, my credit score was above 800 and it dropped by 37 points! They didnt even give me the credit card! Now this stays on my records for 6 years!! Shouldnt they tell you about this in the first place? They only told me its a soft credit check, but its actually a hard credit check that they do! And it has a huge impact on you score! The impact is actually greater than my mortgage!!

        Be awareIf I had it to do over I wouldnt apply for Home Depot financing I shouldnt have obtained this financing when I purchased appliances. They did 2 inquiries on my credit report and brought my score down unnecessarily!!! And the records stay for 6 years. Im very annoyed!
