The customer service and care of the representative who helped me in store was great. He was very genuine and excited to talk about the items they had for sale. The earrings I bought are very pretty. I ended up losing the screw back to one of my earrings and was wondering if its possible to get it replaced? Thank you

My family's go-to place for any kind of jewellery purchase or repair. They have a wonderful selection for all ages and styles, and we've always found the perfect piece for special gifts. Recently, I got a ring for my mom's milestone birthday, and she was blown away and said it was 100% perfect for her. Same went for a friend's baby's 1st birthday, it was the cutest little necklace pendant. Rade is really a skilled craftsman and Bara is very kind and helpful. I can't recommend them enough!!

What a great experience!! I am a repeat customer. They took the time to listen to what i was looking for. They showed me some options and offered some advise based on their expertise. The prices are good and fair. They also offer lay away as an option which really helps. They also do ear piercing. Everything i was looking for today. Thank you
