Not very polite. I had taken two rings to be sized., very pricey for sizing. As soon I wore one and walked out the door, a stone fell out. I called the daughter and she told me to bring it back. The next day the other other ring lost a stone as well. I returned to the store the next Sat. The man was very rude and told me that he had asked me about the claws. e never. He was not willing to accept his error. I would definitely not recommend this store. He was very friendly, but quickly changed his tune. I had to leave and find another jeweller to fix his mistake. I did not argue with him about paying him for the sizing cost which I paid him in cash. BEWARE

This is the best place to go to. Have been coming here for 39 years. They are a wonderful family run business. They made my beautiful engagement ring 39 years ago. It is the only place I would ever trust. I brought in several special items for repair and they made them like new. Bought a wonderful Figaro necklace. Very good price. Friendly old fashioned personal service. Strange to see the negative reviews from some. Does not make sense. Love this place. Best store ever!!!

I recently bought a beautiful Guardian angel pendant, for my granddaughters 1st Birthday. Great quality & will be buying another angel soon.
