Great service and knowledge. Got an engagement ring from there and mine and my wives wedding rings . They were able to have both done exactly when I needed them for , and they came out perfect . Worth spending every penny. Amber was SUPER helpful, showed us exactly what we were looking for and didnt pressure us or try and up sell. 10/10 all around service.

Absolutely brilliant experience working with Amber from Diamond Queen! After visiting all the big names in engagement rings in Toronto, we finally decided only Diamond Queen could craft the beautiful, iridescent, custom ring we were looking for - none of the other retailers came close to the incredible designs and vast array of options offered by Diamond Queen! Once we got started Amber kept us up to date and was right there to answer any questions through every step of the process. Anything and everything can be done - with the quality, selection, and options available it would be a massive mistake to not, at a minimum, see what they have to offer. Don't settle for off the shelf. Don't accept anything less than your dream. Diamond Queen can make it all come true - they did for us!!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. Is the only way to describe my experience with diamond queen they were very knowledgeable, kind, fast and very respectful with my budget range and even gave me an upgrade once I got my ring for the same cost. Do not hesitate they are the best in the business.
