Purchased a ring which needed to be resized. Was told one week for resizing called after a week was told two weeks but they would check and let me know. Never heard back have now left 3 voicemails and not heard anything back. I understand things get delayed but it should not be on the customer to keep following up with no response. This company is a joke avoid at all cost.
