Worst customer service!!! Don't waste your time!!!They claim to have a customer service department but nobody returns your calls. Spoke to a lady from reception, who took my phone number and information. I explained that I was interested in purchasing a ring (gave her the SKU #) but I want to upgrade the diamond. The stone was very poor quality. She told me someone would get back to me and of course no one did. On top of that when I went back on the website to look for the ring, she removed it off the internet!!! There was at least 4 in stock. Shameful! You don't deserve the pleasure of owning your own business!!!

Bought a chain here for my older son and it kept breaking to a point where I never took it for repair anymore because I know it will just break again! Meanwhile the one I got from Peoples 15 yrs ago never broke (to think, i have 3 kids that always pulled it from my neck for many times!)

EXCELLENT customer service. Osanna and also Tanya were very helpful in finding and getting me a lovely angel pendant to my home. A sincere pleasure to deal with both of these lovely ladies over the phone. And don't listen to any of the negative reviews!
