Not a great experience coming here. No sign of hello or welcome when we entered the store. Asked to see a watch in the display and was flat out ignored. Like we were invisible the whole time. Really disappointed in the customer service

Silmara was absolutely amazing with setting me up with my engagement ring. She is transparent and gave me just what I needed to hear when creating the ring. The options she showed me and the thought process were great. Experience was amazing. I will continue to shop here, especially if silmara is assisting me with the wedding bands and even watches that the store also sells.
