I have shopped at this store for a while (the Square One location and the Sherway location). Both have excellent customer service and every time I walk in I'm always greeted with the friendliest staff who are willing to help out. The products are great for yourself but also as gifts to others and I love the effort they put in when it comes to packaging the products you buy. It really feels like a special experience.

Visited this location with my Partner today and where met with a quite hostile employee. We came in all smiles and she didnt say hi or anything. Then when my partner walks to the back to look at the crystals, with her arms crossed she just stares. Not a word. Id love to come back for a better experience but Id recommend not assuming people steal based on their appearance blessed be

My 14 year old daughter purchased a necklace here for a friend using her allowance. Unfortunately while taking the price tag off, the necklace snapped. They will not exchange or do anything about it. Their argument to save $40 and teach the 14 year old a lesson is it is your fault. The question I have, is if its fragile, why put a tag there? Why not warn customers or even remove the tag? All for $40 and loss of future sales? DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. You will not get a refund, exchange on returns and they will do anything to point blame at you! The best part is, complaints get escalated to a unprofessional lady (only by email) named JENNIFER MCKINLEY. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE.

The store is cute, and the people who work in the square one location are so sweet. Overall great customer service. One flaw that I find is that there are no male workers. Why is that? I find this very weird, considering there's a large male population that find interest in crystals. Definitely think there should be more male representation in the staff ( would make a five but gotta take off one since were not supporting the male brothers) #dobetter
