I was an (international) first time buyer. I had three lenders involved in the business which was making the work even more complex, but I had a smooth closing with Mr. Tung and his professional team. Once again, thank you for your kindness and the high quality of your services.

We purchased our house OVER a month ago and are still waiting for our binder, or any documents related to the purchase for that matter. We've called and emailed Baljinder and his team numerous times about this and at first was told it was month end so they were too busy and that they will mail it after month end. We followed up since we didn't receive anything in the mail and they didn't respond. We called and they come up with excuses: the binder isn't ready, they're working remotely, they can't find it and that they will call us back later. Now they won't respond to any of our calls either. This is so extremely unprofessional and we will be looking to submit a complaint soon if this is not resolved. I'd recommend finding a real estate lawyer elsewhere unless you want to play the waiting game. UPDATE: After I submitted a negative Google review, Baljinder finally contacted us regarding our binder, shifting the blame on us as well as the post office, and requesting that we remove our review. (Did I also mention that this was the first time we actually talked to Baljinder? Every other encounter was with his associates.) Apparently they mailed our documents (which we never received) but wouldn't provide a tracking number or date of which it was sent, so either they lied about mailing it or someone out there has a copy of our legal binder, which is fantastic on both accounts. Instead of mailing it "again", they finally emailed us a copy, two months after the title of the house was transferred. Not sure why this wasn't an option to begin with - probably because they were too busy with month end and working remotely inhibits them from sending mail AND scanning documents. I hope I never have to deal with Tung Law ever again.
