Enchanted Limousine Services

Absolutely horrible experience. They completely forgot about our reservation and blamed us for not confirming (even though we confirmed the day before). We were supposed to go to Niagara Falls for a special event but they left us stranded. Service was rude as well.

Had a great experience with Enchanted Limousine Services. Everything from booking with their convenient 24 hour customer service to the day of was great! Our driver was so patient and courteous. He arrived early to my place to pick up me and 5 friends. We loved the limo - clean, roomy, and cool! We played music and had a safe trip to niagara-on-the lake. Once there, our driver was able to get us to 9 wineries. He also dropped us off at a great restaurant half way through the day. And the trip home was fun too as we opened up a bottle of champagne and enjoyed the comfortable ride home. Great day, great service! Would recommend this limo service for a wine tour or any special day!
