Customer Service Representative: Sunita On Monday, May 8th, 2023, I was lucky to get Sunitas assistance. My situation was very frustrating to deal with, yet Sunita remained calm and polite. I had no cellular data, or ability to call or text, due to my Rogers services being suspended. I was unable to log into my Scotiabank account to prove that I get consistent income, which was necessary for the application to be successful. Sunita allowed me to use her computer to log into my account, but Ive never logged on from that device. For security reasons, Scotiabank wanted verification I was logging in. They sent a one time prompt on my phone that I couldnt receive, due to suspended services. Sunita was kind enough to watch me cross the street to the Money Mart that had wifi, waited for me to wave as a signal I was ready for her to login to her computer, and we were able to successfully verify it was me. All that hassle I put Sunita through, yet she was cooperative, professional and kind.
