I have stayed here several times. The service has gone downhill. The staff is rude and knows nothing about customer service. They treat you like you're in the wrong and an inconvenience to them. The manager doesn't care about how his staff treats customers and will side with the staff over guests. If you wanted to be treated well, don't stay here. The hot tub is not even hot. I would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to stay.
