The building location is excellent and is well maintained. The office staff have always been prompt in responding to requests. However, from this current year 2021, they seem to be bothering tenants with two items. There is a long delay in getting hot water in the taps which was never an issue before. And in spring and now winter 2021, they have been giving excessive heating in the apartments. 31 degrees is the average apartment temperature. These two things seem to be tactics to force long term tenants out of the building. This way, they could rent out the apartments for much higher rents to new tenants.

They are trying to rent out apartments, had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT where a text was even sent to me to confirm viewing the apartment. I show up there to see it, nobody was there to meet me in the lobby so I called and the lady "ella" said she had no appointments to view the apartment that day and refused to come and show it even though her assistant was the one to screw up! She said she must have forgot to tell her, absolutely absurd! Do not rent from these people, they are completely unprofessional and unorganized. Also, there's no visitor parking so if you have guests they have to park in the plaza across the street which is very inconvenient. Had to drive around to find somewhere to park to even view it.
